- Has strong numerical skills and a background in finance and accounting due to the nature of the projects (critical).
- Is comfortable working with data to draw insights and make evidence-based decisions.
- Is excellent with written and verbal communication skills - able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Experience working in hybrid environments using collaboration tools like ZOHO, Teams, Zoom etc.
- Support the success of allocated Accelerator programme/s and their Investment Readiness initiatives across the business
- Ensure programme targets are achieved - coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and project teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and manage all internal and external communications
- Build, maintain and manage stakeholder relationships – entrepreneurs, industry partners, mentors, alumni etc.
- Support with development of project reporting and data analysis
- Identify risks and propose solutions to improve project efficiency
- University Degree (Project Management, Commerce, Business analytics, Economics, Enterprise Development or similar).
- At least 2 years of working experience as a project coordinator role that required coordinating activities to achieve project goals.
- Top performing individuals in specialised areas (Commerce, Enterprise Development, Project management or similar) and who are passionate about making a positive impact on society.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, is agile, organized and results orientated and has a proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest and understanding of financial management as it relates to small business.
- Keen interest and ability to build trusted support relationships with entrepreneurs.
- Identify and flag programme risks and bottlenecks early and work with the programme manager and team to mitigate them.
