Configure and install user devices and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and repair faulty devices and peripherals.
Ensure all devices are updated and comply with security protocols.
Provide user support and training as required.
Manage and update the IT asset register.Software
Install and manage relevant software on user devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly.
Ensure all software is licensed and updated.
Provide user support and training.Networking
Manage networks across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Ensure network security protocols are implemented and enforced.
Report relevant network queries to appropriate authorities.Minimum Selection Criteria:
High level of knowledge in software, hardware, and networking.
Strong oral communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Time management and customer service skills.
Tertiary IT hardware and software support qualification preferred.
IT support experience is essential.
Inquisitive nature and ability to resolve issues.
Ability to influence team members across the organization.
