Gross Profit and Contribution exceeding profitability vs budget. CAPEX – Within allocated budget. Internal support to the business on a National level. Conduct Technical audits to increase internal and external customer satisfaction. Hold subordinate managers accountable for their KPIs. Submit a matrix with skills levels of Salary employees nationally, with development plans as laid down in the A strategic plan that includes individual development plans and key focus areas nationally should be submitted timeously as and when required Develop a critical Skills to drive transformation and succession planning. Procurement and Suppliers – Empower suppliers with a rating of BEE Level 1 – 4 when placing orders. Ongoing assessment and reaction to all technical operational risks and holds managers accountable. Company Asset Management – Liaison with both technical division and procurement to ensure appropriate purchase, deployment, maintenance and disposal of all SLT assets. (SHERQ), driving a SHERQ culture nationally as mandated by legislation. Advice and support Operations when technical issues escalate; Ensure Operations and Finance receive correct and correct information to fulfil forecasts. Organize and manage field support with operations during product testing and project installation. Familiarized with the Operations processes and ensure that safe and best practices are being adhered to. Responsible for the development, design and execution of all Technical major projects. Oversee all special Technical projects including operational process improvements. Facilitate the implementation of the Technical strategy and standards within the division. Monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the Technical strategy and plans within Landscape and Turf. Standardization of all documents to be aligned with the ISO 9001 standards and become a champion. Effectively roll out ISO 9001, related activities as directed by the National SHERQ Manager. Assist Operations and line managers to identify Technical risks within the areas of responsibility, in order to reduce the overall risk of Technical issues in the business.
