- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Capturing of cash books on Pastel Partner
- Processing of journal entries in GL
- Reconciliation of ledger accounts in GL
- Processing in the creditors and debtors module if necessary
- Preparing monthly management account packs from final trial balances and final VAT working preparation
- Extensive use of Microsoft Excel
- Internal audit checks and procedures
- Filing and other general admin tasks
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Pastel Partner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
