This leading services business, within a large, reputable listed group, is looking for a Senior Financial Manager to oversee the full financial function across multiple operations and support strategic decision-making.Join a high-performing division of a listed group, known for its excellence in the services industry. This Senior Financial Manager role will oversee a national finance team, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure that robust financial controls are in place. You'll report directly to executive leadership and play a key role in driving profitability and operational efficiency across multiple contracts and cost centres.Other Duties Include:

Full financial management of multiple cost centres and regional operations
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Leading the month-end close, reporting packs, and variance analysis
Ensuring strong controls, compliance, and audit readiness
Mentoring and managing finance teams across the country

Education:

Completed BCom Accounting Degree

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance role
Experience in a production environment
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Advanced Excel and reporting experience
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational improvements
