  • Open WIP based on repairs and/or Services
  • Dispatch and allocate Technicians to Breakdowns
  • Handle queries and give feedback
  • Capturing job cards
  • Invoicing of WIP''s within deadlines
  • Update WIP daily
  • Follow up on PO''s with customers
  • Following up on outstanding job cards
  • Reserving parts on accepted quotes and jobs
  • Dispatch and allocate Technicians to complete retail work or services
  • Planning load tests/invoicing/loading documents to Autoline system
  • Planning services/invoicing
  • Updating of reports
  • General Admin duties
