From quick getaways to last-minute calls, you manage the transient guest experience with speed, clarity, and care. You'll convert inquiries into bookings, maximize room revenue, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks. Please note this role will be based in Knysna.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- You connect fast guests trust you, and the team knows youve got it covered.
- Experience in Hospitality, Reservations, Customer Service, or anything that required multitasking on a timer.
- You handle pressure like a pro juggling calls, emails, systems, and client requests with ease.
- Youre system-friendly PMS, CRS, OTA tools? Youll figure it out fast.
- Fluent, persuasive, and friendly your written and spoken English lands every time.
- Youre proactive if you dont know the answer, you go get it.
