Job Type: Full-time | US Working HoursWho We Are Recruiting For:Our client is a South African-backed fiber start-up deploying cutting-edge fiber infrastructure across the United States. With a mission to deliver high-speed internet to underserved communities, they are building a Johannesburg-based operations team to support their rapid growth and field activity coordination across multiple US states.Who You Are:Proficient in dispatching and coordinating teams using Excel and operational tracking tools.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experienced in contractor oversight, scheduling, and job tracking.
Strong communicator with fluent English both written and verbal.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Your Responsibilities:Team Coordination Schedule and manage OSP (outside plant) field teams daily.
Job Tracking Monitor locates, floating crews, and contractor progress.
Communication Liaise with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Data & Documentation Maintain accurate records across multiple platforms.
Quality Control Verify job completion and contractor invoices according to agreements.
Meetings Participate in daily scheduling calls and operational synRequirements
What You Need:Matric or equivalent qualification
Proficiency with Excel and system-based coordination tools
Experience in telecom, fiber installation, or similar scheduling environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Fluent in spoken English
Comfortable working US time zones (2 PM11 PM or 3 PM12 AM)Must have a stable internet connection, a professional home office setup, and a reliable power supplyBenefits
