The purpose of this role is to provide a Personal Assistant service to the business to ensure all administrative and logistical matters are managed.Job Specification:Screening telephone calls; enquiries, requests and handling them when appropriate; dealing with emails/letters and corporate documentations/ policies; taking dictation; typing minutes and meeting reports
Preparation of monthly reports
Liaising with suppliers, advisors, internal and external stakeholders, departmental managers, and other employees
Manage the department’s calendar in lieu of organisational and departmental priorities and events
Organising and maintaining the Executive’s diary and prioritising, making and coordinating and assisting the Executive’s prepare for attendance of internal and external appointments.
Arranging business trips (including flights and accommodations), ensuring the Executives are well-prepared for client and other meetings/business trips.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
Oversee office stationery procurement and spending as per budget
