Job SummaryDuties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:Marketing & Digital Presence:

Develop and manage the property’s online presence, including social media platforms
Create engaging content, including short videos and reels
Monitor audience engagement and tailor content to suit target demographics
Plan and maintain a monthly social media calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Manage and update the website’s imagery and information
Generate monthly marketing performance reports
Maintain and engage a contact database for regular newsletters and mailers
Ensure consistent top-of-mind awareness with tour operators and travel agents through monthly email outreach

Online Reputation Management:

Front Office & Guest Relations:

Handle reception duties: phone calls, enquiries, reservations, quoting and invoicing
Respond to in-room and special occasion requests
Assist guests with excursion info, local recommendations, and area knowledge
Manage and resolve guest complaints diplomatically and professionally
Manage group tour bookings in coordination with the marketing department

General Administration:

Support the General Manager and Marketing Manager with allocated administrative tasks
Ensure seamless internal communication between marketing and guest services

Requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or marketing support roles
Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS); Semper PMS experience preferred
Social media savvy with basic content creation skills (graphics/video)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
