Full-Time PositionAre you a dynamic multitasker with a passion for organization and a knack for sales? We're looking for an Office Admin clerk who brings both administrative excellence and sales savvy to our growing team.What You'll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations with precision and professionalism
  • Manage and update the Lay-by book, ensuring that sufficient stock is available and that customers are updated.
  • Support the sales team with layby tracking, client follow-ups, and customer updates
  • Handle incoming calls with confidence and courtesy, ensuring top-notch customer service
  • Prepare reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum qualification: Matric (Grade 12)
  • Proven experience in office administration
  • Strong background in sales or customer engagement
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting)
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
