The focus of this position is to develop and manage strong and innovative customer engagement initiatives and retention strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage internal & external communication projects
Develop and manage communication projects to retain existing customers
Manage online customer relations on all social media channels
Develop facility personas
Manage and execute facility specific marketing plans
Identification & execution of locality marketing opportunities
Manage & execute departmental requirements
Manage internal & external corporate publications and newsletters
Assist with marketing for new facilities
Identify Public Relations opportunitiesRequirements:Relevant qualification – National Diploma or similar
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing communication role in a corporate environment
Solid understanding, working experience on all the prominent social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter, Google My Business))
