- Must speak / understand Afrikaans
- Provide customers with technical support with respect to company products
- Build sound relationships with quality customers to facilitate the longer-term growth
- Ensure clients are happy and well stocked
- Visit clients to check stock levels
- Shelf-maintenance
- Ensure stock is neatly packed and displayed
- Work closely with Sales Representative to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service as well as the product
- Assist Sales Representative with stock credits in store
