- Lead the financial operations, reporting, and planning across multiple funds and corporate entities.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Own capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support deal execution and fund performance.
- Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting processes.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid background in private equity, investment management, or a related financial services field.
- Strong technical grasp of IFRS/GAAP, consolidation, and fund structures.
- Leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail—and the ability to communicate complex financials clearly.
