Customer Service Export ControllerGrowing shipping company seeks your 2-3yrs background in sea freight forwarding (LCL, FCL, Groupage). Must have handled export bookings & opening of files with weekly schedules. Knowledge of hazardous cargo, Incoterms essential. Co-ordinating cargo movement from shipper to CFS & monitoring documents (SI's, BOE, GRV, Invoices, Packing Lists, MSDS). Ensuring ISPM15 compliance (fumigation/heat treatment for wooden packaging). Providing daily follow-ups with shippers & updates to customers & agents. Scrutinising GRV's, checking weights/dimentions against bookings, uploading shipping documents on CW1/e-docs. Highly organised, deadline-driven, professional & customer-focused mindset with strong written & verbal communication with customers, overseas agents, carriers including internal teams.
