- Valid driver's licence, own car
- Point-of-sale experience and comfort managing stock and showroom operations
- Knowledge of homeware and décor.
- Strong communication skills - written and spoken
- Customer-focused, sales-driven, and goal-oriented
- Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated
- Build lasting relationships with clients and design professionals
- Drive sales of luxury fabrics, furnishings, and décor while achieving targets
- Maintain showroom standards and assist with stock management
- Support external sales consultants and manage product orders
- Guide clients in selecting the perfect fabrics and décor elements to bring their visions to life
