- Prepare and manage contract agreements (e.g., rental, insurance).
- Arrange client/consultant project appointments and related agreements.
- Oversee professional and corporate registrations.
- Maintain company profile and website.
- Manage quotation and bid documentation.
- Keep records of company software, hardware, and assets.
- Handle vehicle registrations and licensing.
- Collect and organise reports from staff for the Corporate Manager.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
- Tertiary qualification in administration, contracts, or related field.
- 8+ years' relevant experience as an Assistant to Corporate Director
- Engineering industry experience advantageous
- Strong MS Excel and Word skills; neat computer filing.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to structure documents.
- Detail-oriented and research-driven.
- Self-motivated; able to work without supervision.
- Positive, energetic personality; healthy and professional.
- Able to work in a small team environment.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
- Must have no criminal record;
- Must reside close to Claremont office;
- Our client is offering a highly competitive salary (R20 000 - R25 000)
- Contract employment for 12 months
- Leave days 20 work days per year period;
- Work hours: Weekdays from 8h30 to 16h30;
