Salary R30,000 - R40,000 (basic) + Benefits (Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Funeral Cover, Life Cover, Gap Cover, Severe Illness Benefits, EAP)Role OverviewReporting to the Finance Manager (Germany), the Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments for the German entity. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders in Germany, and fluency in German (spoken, written, and read) is non-negotiable.Key Responsibilities:Process and post incoming invoices and credit notesVerify invoice accuracy and compliance with contractsReconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepanciesManage and update supplier recordsPrepare VAT and other tax returns (under supervision)Collaborate with Purchasing, Controlling, and internal departmentsAct as the primary contact for invoice and payment-related queries in GermanSystems & Tools:MS Dynamics (essential)MS Office SuiteInternal system: SOP (Segen Ordering Process) - full training providedCandidate Requirements:Fluent in German and English (spoken, written, and read)Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable roleBCom degree in Accounting or related fieldProficiency in MS Dynamics and MS OfficeExperience with German VAT and tax compliance is an advantageDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyCulture & Growth:Join a collaborative finance team of fiveBe part of a high-performing, supportive work cultureExposure to international processes and opportunities for development across finance functionsRelocation salary advance can be arranged for CT-based candidates; JHB office option availableIf you meet the above criteria and are ready for your next challenge in a fast-paced, international environment, we'd love to hear from you.Talent Acquisition ConsultingRecruiter
