- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, and stock management.
- Coordinate logistics functions to ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
- Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to optimize workflow.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse and logistics activities.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Matric / High School Diploma (a relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management is advantageous).
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, stock management, and distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
