- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and escalate queries where necessary.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend innovative approaches to increase reach and engagement.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, events, and company milestones.
- Support the execution of digital campaigns including email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO initiatives.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website and intranet content.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Assist in planning and promoting internal and external events, including corporate functions, community outreach, and sponsorship activations.
- Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and post-event communications
- Maintain marketing databases, media libraries, and contact lists.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for marketing activities.
- Support the Marketing and Communication Manager with ad hoc tasks and departmental coordination.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing or social media role.
- Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
