Job SummaryA well-established accounting and advisory firm is seeking a B-BBEE Compliance Analyst to support clients with B-BBEE strategy, verification readiness, and compliance. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong legislative knowledge and a background in compliance or consulting.The ideal candidate is a disciplined, self-motivated and confident individual with knowledge of the B-BBEE and the legislations. Attention to detail, decision making and time management is an integral part of a Consulting role.Duties & Responsibilities

Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to achieve set goals
Documenting and analysing the required information and data
Successfully engage with multiple clients simultaneously
Manage project processes to reach project targets and meet client expectations
Network with clients to build relationships and sustain them
Communicate with Delivery team and management to deliver the best solutions to clients
Monitor market trends to develop and improve existing products and services
Stay updated current and new legislations and updates within the industry
Marketing and sourcing of new clientele

An Ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Strong, critical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Must be confident and outgoing
Adaptable to change
Ability to work under pressure
Strong presentation skills
Strong business writing skills
Knowledge of computer operations and programs (Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel)
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Effective problem solving skills
Capable of building strong client relationships
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
High level of project management skills
The ability to source new clients - marketing
A basic knowledge of B-BBEE will be advantageous
Must have either a Degree or diploma in the following fields: Finance / Mathematics / Statistics / Law
