Work set up: RemoteOur client in the global professional services industry is seeking a confident, organised, and experienced Digital Account Director to lead a major global account within a niche sector. This part-time, client-facing contract role is ideal for a strategic digital professional who thrives in overseeing multiple campaigns and enjoys serving as the primary point of contact for a flagship client.What you will do:
- Key point of contact for client and activation teams on a major global account, acting as the lead liaison between client and agency teams.
- Develop and oversee digital media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Manage all aspects of digital campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and optimisation.
- Lead a team and/or agency partners to ensure seamless delivery and strong performance.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to clients, maintaining high levels of trust and credibility.
- Present recommendations and campaign results to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain strong, senior-level client relationships with regular communication and strategic input.
- Ensure excellent organisation and prioritisation across simultaneous projects.
- 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in agency settings, with experience leading large-scale or global accounts.
- Proven expertise across key digital channels (paid media, social, search, programmatic, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience managing internal teams or external agency partners.
- Strong client-facing experience with the gravitas to lead senior conversations and steer strategy.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills-able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Strong reporting, presentation, and communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Strategic thinker who understands how to align digital tactics with client objectives.
- Adept at handling complex stakeholder environments and fast-moving priorities.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating cross-functionally.
