You’ll be responsible for coordinating all inbound operations — ensuring stock accuracy, enforcing FIFO, and managing stock allocation across retail, wholesale, and backorders. You’ll work closely with sales, logistics, planning, and finance to ensure seamless inventory movement and timely order fulfilment.What You’ll DoEnforce FIFO principles and maintain inventory accuracyMonitor aged stock and coordinate with RSMs for swaps and rotationAllocate stock across order priorities and ensure high-value orders are prioritisedManage backorders and coordinate inbound SKD (Semi Knocked Down) shipmentsEnsure system accuracy across Autocart, ENatis, and supplier portalsFacilitate financial release confirmations and support finance complianceDeliver excellent service through proactive dealer and customer supportWhat You Bring3+ years in inventory or order management (automotive or logistics sector preferred)Strong system skills (Autocart, ENatis, or similar platforms)Detail-focused with proven FIFO and stock control experienceExcellent coordination and stakeholder communication skillsA proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to thrive under pressureWhat Success Looks LikeInventory aligned with demand, accurate in system and on floorSeamless SKD processing and fast-tracked backorder fulfilmentSales, logistics, and customer service working in sync thanks to your oversight
