Branch Manager: Recruitment and Staffing (Richards Bay)

- Diploma or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in recruitment sales covering Perm Recruitment and Temporary Employment Service (TES) model (White collar)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience at Management level responsible for ensuring the running of a profitable business
- Ability to conduct presentations at Board level to secure contracts / Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Proven track record of successful branch / operation management and generation of billings within the perm or executive search market
- Good knowledge of Labour Relations Act (LRA), Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry, Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils, and Sectoral Determinations
- Previous Industrial Relations (IR) experience and good knowledge of IR Procedures
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Facilitate strategic sales and operational planning and execution
- Ensure effective site operations and above-average customer service
- Responsible for operational efficiencies and service delivery
- Networking and collaboration
- Act as custodian of end-to-end delivery and fulfilment process
- Client Relationship Management (internally and externally)
- Achieve branch budgets in line with nett profits
- Develop and lead a high-performance team
- Business Development and Marketing of services
- Quality assurance and compliance
- Effective management of Administration, Finance, and Reporting
- Conduct research on every client and build a strong database of skills
- Place adverts for jobs and attract skilled candidates
- Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews and manage recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate interviews on client request and prepare candidates
