- Consolidate and validate B-BBEE scorecard data and prepare interim scorecards.
- Coordinate verification processes, prepare files, and liaise with verification agencies.
- Support and monitor transformation projects, reporting, and compliance.
- Compile and maintain group skills development and enterprise & supplier development data.
- Oversee Employment Equity documentation, reporting, and Committee administration.
- Manage learners’ attendance, registration, and progress across programs.
- Consolidate and analyse monthly HR dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Completed Matric
- Completed Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Financial
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of B-BBEE Act, Amended Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, and Employment Equity Act
