Drive Transformation and Make an Impact - Join the Team as an HR Administrator!Are you an organised and detail-driven HR professional with a passion for transformation, compliance, and effective administration? My client is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our Shared Services team and provide efficient, accurate, and impactful HR administrative support across key areas of the business.As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Consolidate and validate B-BBEE scorecard data and prepare interim scorecards.
  • Coordinate verification processes, prepare files, and liaise with verification agencies.
  • Support and monitor transformation projects, reporting, and compliance.
  • Compile and maintain group skills development and enterprise & supplier development data.
  • Oversee Employment Equity documentation, reporting, and Committee administration.
  • Manage learners’ attendance, registration, and progress across programs.
  • Consolidate and analyse monthly HR dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Completed Matric
  • Completed Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Financial
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of B-BBEE Act, Amended Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, and Employment Equity Act
