Design, customise, and execute SharePoint-developed websites tailored to user needs.
Set development goals and benchmarks for web application projects and deliver on them.
Integrate SharePoint solutions with MS Office to solve complex business problems.
Improve business processes and operations through SharePoint expertise.
Deliver smooth, efficient, and impressive user experiences.
Identify, analyse, and digitise processes across the business for automation.
Develop innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Ensure security by design, incorporating automated testing into build and release pipelines.
Create re-usable design patterns and solutions.
Build integrations with other platforms and data sources via APIs.
Enhance ETL pipeline mechanisms for improved data management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and provide updates.
Mentor and coach team members to build capability within the BI/SharePoint space.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

Matric ( Grade 12)
Minimum:Diploma in Computer Science / Software Engineering (NQF6+).
Preferred:Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (NQF7+).

Experience:

3+ years experience as a SharePoint Developer.
Proven expertise in PowerApps and Power Automate.
Hands-on experience with modern API platforms.
Understanding of cloud platforms and services (Azure & Office 365).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required Technical Skills:

SharePoint Online & SharePoint 2013
PowerShell (using SharePoint & PnP Modules)
Microsoft Teams | PowerApps | Power Automate | Power BI
SQL Server (on-prem)
ShareGate
Azure / Active Directory
Windows 10/11 | Exchange | ServiceNow | DevOps
Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON & XML APIs
