- Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and within deadlines.
- Track and communicate order status with internal teams and clients.
- Update and maintain delivery schedules on CRM systems.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and urgency.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure all compliance documentation is complete (EUC/Export Control).
- Coordinate closely with finance for invoicing, reconciliations, credit notes, and payment terms.
- Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability, backorder management, and timely deliveries.
- Manage exports and cross-border trade, with knowledge of Incoterms.
- Prepare invoicing projections, forecasting records, and management reports.
- Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships.
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales support, order processing, or admin coordination. Exposure to exports, cross-border trade, and industrial/technical equipment environment.
- Qualifications: National Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred, or equivalent strong work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP/CRM systems such as Sage X3, SAP, or SYSPRO. Familiarity with export compliance processes.
- Core Competencies: Highly organised, analytical, detail-focused, strong communication skills, problem-solver, proactive, able to multitask under pressure.
- Industry Fit: Ideally from an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing background, with the ability to collaborate across sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse teams.
