Job Summary Leading refrigerated body & steel trailer builder in Gauteng requires the skills and experience of a workshop supervisor with specific skillset in the refrigerated body building industry. Must have been largely active during the last 5 years in the refrigerated body building industry and have an understanding of repairs and production planning. must have a working knowledge of quality control and show previous work exposure; The applicant will be able to work able to be a team player in a high-pressure workshop where daily targets are mandatory. Experience required: - Min 5 years refrigerated body building / steel trailer experience; Min 5 years in a quality control / safety related background; - Min 5 years Supervisory experience in a workshop / manufacturing field and have run a workshop with a minimum of 25 employees; No supermarket /office / indoor supervisory/management experience will be entertained Qualifications required: - Support the workshop manager in all areas regarding the quality control process / repairs process / manufacture of new parts and handling employee day to day issue; - - Own transport and/or reliable public transport due to after hours workload; • Computer Skills required: Must be able to start 01 August; No criminal record.
