Job Summary Job description We are looking for a proactive and reliable Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and confident working independently. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with Insurance Brokers and Clients via phone and email Schedule and coordinate fitments of tracking devices Manage incoming and outgoing paperwork and keep digital systems updated Monitor device activity and inform clients of non-communicating units, arranging repairs as needed Ensure accurate and timely updates across all platforms and records Provide exceptional customer support without needing constant supervision Minimum Requirements: Computer literate - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Knowledge of IT technology and tracking systems (experience with vehicle tracking software is an advantage) Ability to work independently and take initiative - not micromanaged Clear criminal record Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license Must reside in or near the Hilton / Pietermaritzburg area
