  • Completion of UI19 documentation and salary schedules for terminated employees;
  • Completion and administration of documentation required for a funeral, death, disability or termination claim;
  • Completion and administration of injury on duty claims;
  • General administrative responsibilities including new appointments and terminations;
  • Maintaining registers and personnel files;
  • Daily capturing of attendance;
  • Generate various daily, weekly monthly and ad-hoc reports if required;
  • Ensure internal orders are generated for ad-hoc work;
  • Daily capturing of actual hours on schedule;
  • Scanning and filing documents;
  • Minute taking in meetings;
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
  • Relevant experience as an administrator;
  • Must be willing to undergo polygraph test;
  • Sound communication skills (verbal and in writing);
  • Bilingual (English and any other South African language);
  • Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills;
  • Excellent client liaison and administration skills;
  • Good telephone etiquette;
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be advantageous;
  • MS Office proficiency (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word);
  • Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
  • Own transport and accommodation;
