
Contract Administrator

- Completion of UI19 documentation and salary schedules for terminated employees;
- Completion and administration of documentation required for a funeral, death, disability or termination claim;
- Completion and administration of injury on duty claims;
- General administrative responsibilities including new appointments and terminations;
- Maintaining registers and personnel files;
- Daily capturing of attendance;
- Generate various daily, weekly monthly and ad-hoc reports if required;
- Ensure internal orders are generated for ad-hoc work;
- Daily capturing of actual hours on schedule;
- Scanning and filing documents;
- Minute taking in meetings;
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- Relevant experience as an administrator;
- Must be willing to undergo polygraph test;
- Sound communication skills (verbal and in writing);
- Bilingual (English and any other South African language);
- Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills;
- Excellent client liaison and administration skills;
- Good telephone etiquette;
- Previous experience in a similar position will be advantageous;
- MS Office proficiency (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word);
- Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
