Assistant Company Secretary needed to coordinate and manage all company secretarial and corporate governance matters so that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.Experience:3 to 5 years’ experience as an Assistant Company Secretary/Company Secretary
Experience gained in at least one of the following environments: banking, listings, insurance is preferred
People Management experience would be advantageousQualification (Minimum):Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
A relevant tertiary qualification (i.e. Law, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce)
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
A relevant post graduate degree in Finance or Law
