Where required, involvement in other building projects may be included.You’ll be responsible for:
  • Provides technical assurance support to senior project leadership, focusing on civil and utility-related trades.
  • Leads dimensional control and verification, including establishing secondary control from primary control.
  • Conducts Mace validation checks and defined inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Implements Mace procedures for temporary works and safety, acting as TWS based on competency.
  • Utilizes digital project management platforms for assurance, scheduling, and control activities.
  • Reviews design information to confirm constructability and sufficient detail.
  • Maintains comprehensive quality records and an accurate site diary.
  • Guides and coaches junior team members, fostering technical development.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, building effective working relationships.
  • Supports net zero carbon goals, identifying and managing carbon emissions during project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of civil engineering activities and how these can be controlled.
  • Potential career progression roles project management roles through functional career progression.
  • Construction Management roles though cross functional career progression.
