We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support key initiatives within the banking and finance sector. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging your Salesforce expertise to deliver impactful solutions that support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce capabilities.
Design and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
Deliver training and user support to ensure optimal system adoption and functionality.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure quality assurance throughout development cycles.
Support ongoing enhancement requests and configuration changes in Salesforce.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications are required.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, tools, and capabilities.
Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and solution mapping.
