- Actively prospect and generate new leads across target markets and industries.
- Engage with clients to understand their current IT infrastructure and pain points.
- Present and position company’s full suite of IT solutions, including connectivity (fibre, wireless), cloud services, and managed IT.
- Conduct site surveys to evaluate clients' current technology environment and advise on optimal solutions.
- Coordinate and deliver sales presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Manage and oversee the full sales process: from initial engagement through to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
- Facilitate client onboarding and project handover to technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal engineers and service delivery teams to scope tailored solutions (e.g. CRM integrations, call routing, network assessments).
- Track all interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and client documentation.
- Provide regular feedback to the department manager through call reports, activity logs, and sales pipeline updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify strategic opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of company’s products and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell into existing accounts to increase customer value.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer-facing engagements.
- Participate in sales campaigns, events, expos, and marketing activities.
- Minimum of 2 years in a B2B sales role within the IT or tech services sector.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, connectivity, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized.
- Customer-centric with a professional and consultative approach.
- Must be willing to travel locally for client visits and site assessments.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Adheres to the company values and complies with all internal processes and policies.
