We’re recruiting a Lead Studies Manager to direct and manage study-phase projects, ensuring alignment with best practice, compliance, and business performance standards.Key Responsibilities:

Lead study-phase projects from initiation to delivery.
Apply robust project management processes and methodologies.
Manage risk, budgets, and project resources.
Ensure compliance with SHE, MHSA, OHSA, and other applicable regulations.
Foster stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

Minimum Requirements:

B Eng (Relevant) – Essential
Certificate in Project Management – Essential
Management Development Programme – Essential
8+ years’ relevant experience in heavy industry, mining, or production environments
Strong project management leadership experience

Desirable:

PrEng registration with ECSA
PMP Certification
Government Certificate of Competence: Engineering
