Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms.
Strong computer literacy (MS Office, social media, basic design or content tools advantageous).
Work Style:
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and meticulous execution of tasks.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Core Responsibilities:Coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, and content schedules.
Assist with implementation of digital marketing strategies (including AI-enabled solutions).
Act as a PA to the Managing Director:
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and follow up on tasks.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams professionally.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide updates.
Ensure branding and communications maintain consistency and quality.
Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal (liaising) skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
