This role demands a confident, well-presented individual with a proven track record in vehicle sales. The successful candidate will need to consistently close deals and actively contribute to the dealership’s performance. Strong communication and self-motivation are key in this fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sale of new vehicles to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Cross-sell additional products and services where applicable
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations with prospective clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and finance applications
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available stock and model specifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Represent the dealership professionally at all times
- Participate in promotional and marketing initiatives as required
- Handle trade-ins and vehicle evaluations
- Keep detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Meet compliance and regulatory standards related to automotive sales
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth handovers and service
- Confident and professional communicator
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Well-presented with strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Minimum 2–3 years' vehicle sales experience, ideally with top-tier automotive brands
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
