- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company''s revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Manage and nurture relationships with new & existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity and use this information to refine sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the market development team to understand the company''s offerings and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the training or education industry.
- Understanding of Seta accredited Learnerships and Internships
- Digital Learning
- Understanding of the Employee Tax Incentives
- Knowledge of Sec on 12(h) of the Income Tax Act Incentive
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proposal and tender writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
