- Strategically manage resource scheduling to optimise studio efficiency and eliminate downtime
- Review and interrogate all design briefs before the studio assignment, ensuring completeness and Creative Lead approval
- Oversee amendments and final file requests into the studio workflow
- Participate in daily production meetings alongside the Content Team Lead/Account Director and the Creative Lead
- Collaborate with team leadership to plan and prioritise work, especially during peak periods
- Provide timely updates on project status changes or deadline adjustments
- Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts before they impact delivery
- Generate utilisation reports and analytics for management review
- Handle client image requests efficiently and professionally
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven experience managing creative resources in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining quality under pressure
- Strong understanding of agency and account management processes
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- 4+ years of relevant traffic/resource management experience across print, motion graphics, web design, artwork and social media
- Experience in artwork, design, creative or integrated marketing sectors
- Familiarity with resource management systems
