- Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for assigned clients.
- Overseeing the client's through the line presence and identifying areas of improvement.
- Presenting effective through the line media strategies and training to clients when needed.
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
- Co-ordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any campaign queries or concerns.
- Keeping abreast with the industry
- Ensures timeous updates of client tools
- Ensures compliance with auditing timelines and requirements
- Effective and accurate budget management and reporting
- Management of performance and external agency partners to deliver on clients objectives
- Three years + experience in account management
- Excellent knowledge of best practices, campaign and budget management.
- Familiarity and experience working with above the line media channels cross television, print, radio and OOH.
- Proficiency in industry tools
- Experience with media Strategy development.
