This exciting and technical client-facing role is ideal for someone looking to grow rapidly within a smart, agile, and high-calibre team. You will support clients through system migrations and product onboarding, while building your expertise in share plan administration, IFRS 2 accounting, and data modelling. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering top-tier service and learning from some of the industry’s best.Key Responsibilities
- Technical Onboarding: Learn and apply the financial and technical workings of a share plan platform to onboard clients and implement product solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing share plan queries, managing data migrations, and leading client meetings.
- Operational Delivery: Set up award issue and exercise processes, liaise with brokers, and ensure seamless system integration.
- Training & Support: Train clients to use the system effectively and support their ongoing technical and reporting needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide internal feedback on product improvements and collaborate across teams to enhance the client experience.
