- Preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, and ensuring exceptional food quality.
- Monitoring stock levels and informing senior chefs when supplies are low.
- Plating and presenting meal items as per the seniors’ instructions.
- Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and security procedures in the Kitchen.
- Maintain full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Graduate from a Food Production Course from a reputed institute – advantageous.
- 2-5 years relevant working experience, within hospitality and or standalone restaurants will be advantageous
- Good knowledge of hygiene & safety standards.
- Proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is essential
