Junior Sales & Services Consultants (x2)

• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to sales documentation.

• Support branches with quote requests, order follow-ups, and sales record maintenance.

• Data capturing and ensuring accuracy in sales reporting tools.

• Escalate complex issues to the Manager.

• 1-2 years customer service/sales support experience (call centre background preferred).

• Strong communication and admin skills.

• Comfortable using CRM and internal sales tools.

• Willing to work flexibly and grow into more senior roles.
