Job Summary Job Objectives: Strategic Planning: Collaborate across departments to develop and execute sales strategies. Align sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet goals. Foster a positive, collaborative environment and provide performance feedback. Identify training needs and encourage innovation within the team. Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs to measure the success of sales and marketing efforts. Develop performance contracts for team members with clear objectives. Provide regular performance reports to senior management. Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. Convert leads into sales through targeted marketing campaigns. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competition. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports. Qualifications: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field. Automotive industry experience at a management level. Technical Experience: Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools like Excel, Google Analytics. Knowledge of digital marketing techniques (SEO, PPC, email, social media). Experience with market research, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify), and project management tools (Trello, Asana).
