Job Summary Regional Sales Manager (FMCG Foods) Location: Cape Town Our client is seeking highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible to plan, implement, manage, oversee, and review all sales activities in designated region of the company, by managing, area managers, sales representatives, merchandisers, and external service providers to carry out their sales activities in accordance with the company's standards and requirements. The suitable candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all sales activities of the company in the designated region are managed effectively and efficiently to achieve set sales targets. Responsibilities: • Achievement of Budget • Field sales management • Driving distribution and range • Sales partner management • Customer operational management • Stock Management • Performance management and review • Sales force optimization Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG Foods industry. • Experience working with third party merchandising companies, experience working with PnP, Spar, Checker, and Dischem.
