Job Description:Receiving cash-up paperwork from stores
Entering sales figures onto the journal for stores
Entering consolidated terminal figures onto the journal for stores
Updating petty cash on the journal for stores
Pulling debtors invoices from paperwork received
Liaising with store managers and store administrators on all issues pertaining to payment
Weekly float count certificates
Working closely with the accountant
Administration of petrol card statements for petrol cards
Various other duties as and when reasonably required
Assist with any other ad-hoc finance tasksQualifications:Grade 12
2+ years relevant experience in Retail Admin and Point of Sales functions
Strong administrative skills
Possess basic financial Skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and workload
Computer literacy (Ms Office)
