- Conduct inspections and identify plumbing issues across properties
- Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent maintenance requests
- Work closely with property managers and tenants to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Qualified Plumber with relevant trade certification
- 5years' + experience required
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Proven plumbing experience in the property industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
