Plumber

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings
• Conduct inspections and identify plumbing issues across properties
• Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent maintenance requests
• Work closely with property managers and tenants to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

• Qualified Plumber with relevant trade certification
• 5years' + experience required
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Proven plumbing experience in the property industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
