If this sounds like you, the New Zealand High Commission is looking for a full-time Property Coordinator. Role Overview The Property Coordinator will be responsible for: ~ Coordinating and managing repair and maintenance of Post-owned properties and leased staff housing, working with building management as needed. ~ Acting as the lead AIMS user, managing the Fixed Asset register, property inventories, lease management, and maintenance works. ~ Overseeing project and facilities management. ~ Handling property-related procurement. About You We are seeking someone who is: - Open-minded, curious, flexible, and highly organised. - Comfortable switching between detailed tasks and operational responsibilities. - Able to think independently, take initiative, and provide informed solutions. - Positive, collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a small team. - Able to maintain a sense of humour and a professional attitude.
