Computer literacy:
  • Excel - Intermediate essential
  • MS Form - Advantageous
  • GreatSoft (advantageous)
Key Performance Areas:
  • Assist in compiling fee list from GreatSoft reports and other registers
  • Assist with the fee reconciliation
  • Assist the Quality Department with the rotation schedule
  • Maintain locking lists
  • Perform follow-ups on files due soon for locking
  • Update Typist registers, Caseware locking register, Attorneys register, Claims register and Valuations register for locking purposes
  • Perform completeness checks on Typist register, Caseware locking register, PA register, Modified reports list, valuations register and fee list
  • Maintain the late locking register and assist with the compilation of late locking letters
  • Filing modified reports
  • Update reportable irregularity register and ensuring the necessary information is received
  • Update communications register, conflict check register for applicable staff
  • Assist with the upkeep of the training attendance registers
  • Assist in follow-up on post-assessment training
  • Assist in sending of post assessments for training held
  • Assist in other training-related tasks
  • Maintain other quality department registers
  • Assist the Quality Department in ad-hoc tasks
  • Release for reception
  • Compliance with the firm's System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies and procedures
  • Compliance with the firm's Employee Code of Conduct
